Memorial Weekend

We went to the cabin for Memorial weekend. We enjoyed hanging with Dwight and Judy and the Hoiseths. It was Dwight's Birthday celebration. Also Cassie and Madison came up the first part of the weekend with some of their friends from Louisiana. Ian and Matt joined us for the second part of the weekend and Matt had a birthday as well. Ethan enjoyed his first boat ride, and Jaxon did not enjoy his life jacket at all. He loved the sandbox at Cabin Bar though.....

Boyz in the yard

Here are Ethan and Jaxon playing in the yard on Thursday the 15th. They were wearing unplanned matching outfits that day, and it was beautiful outside, so I brought my camera for an impromptu photo session.

Madre Day

I got sick on Saturday before Mother's day, but we did go out to brunch. It was quite tasty and you'll see Jaxon agreed. I was out for almost a whole week with this strange virus, which is why I'm so behind on these posts. Anyway, it was a realxing weekend at the cabin, but hopefully next time we all stay well.

Tequila!

I don't know why I found this so funny, but Linda (Kaia's mom) gave us some tequila to try and Jaxon took it out of my purse to chew on the bottle. The label although perhaps delicious to him didn't help him nap that day! :)
